Medical Spa Care Coordinator
Glo de Vie Med Spa is seeking a Part-Time Care Coordinator to join our growing team of professionals in our North Hills area location. Our ideal candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. Our Spa and Care Coordinators are responsible for providing superior customer service and sales in all aspects of the Medical Spa to ensure that clients receive a memorable experience.
Primary responsibilities include support of Client Engagement Team, fielding and efficiently answering all incoming phone calls educating clients on all med spa related services and products. Providing administrative support with use of web-based software for scheduling, payment processing, and intra-office communications in relation to all services, sales, and VIP Membership Program. Up-selling, cross-selling and sales of cosmeceuticals, services, packages, and VIP Memberships. In support of providers, assist with treatment room turnover & laundry. Assist management team with misc. tasks from creation to completion. Support management with control of all inventory levels (retail and consumables). Maintain a pristine environment in the med spa.

Experience & Requirements
- Minimum experience of 1+ years in spa/salon setting, dermatology, or physician's office, and/or 2+ years sales or customer service-related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to deliver stellar customer service
- Competent computer software skills required
- Be a team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Maintain a polished, professional image and pristine work environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift (up to 20-pound range) and perform physical requirements of role
Status: Part-time (25 hours per week)
Compensation: Competitive hourly, Paid Time Off with VIP Sales Commission incentive. Additional Perks: complimentary med spa treatments to include cosmetic injectables, laser and body contouring and sculpting treatments, corrective skin care, product discounts & more.
Working Days: Monday-Friday 10am-3pm with flexibility to cover Spa Coordinator’s (time off) to include but not limited to additional daytime hours & occasional night shift - 7pm or Saturday shift when needed. No Sundays required.
