Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their prescheduled appointment time in order to complete the required medical history and consent paperwork. If you are running behind on time for your appointment, we ask you to contact the medical spa directly, so we may alert your provider in advance. If you are late, we will try to accommodate your service as scheduled, however may need to reschedule your appointment to another provider if available or at a different day for you to receive your full treatment for optimal results.
To assist us in in maintaining a high level of quality service and meeting the needs of our client schedules, Glo de Vie Med Spa requires a valid credit card on file to ensure against cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your credit card number is secure and will be kept in your HIPAA safe electronic client profile. If you do not attend or cancel your scheduled service less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $55.00 fee will be charged to your credit card on account.

We gladly accept skin care product returns within 30 days of purchase for a full in-house credit placed on your client account.
All payments are required in full at the time of service or product purchase. We gladly accept payment in the form of cash, check or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or CareCredit).
Gift cards are available in any denomination. For your convenience, on-line gift cards may be purchased at Gift Cards & Promotions. Our electronic software program does not allow tracking of gift card numbers or remaining dollars; therefore, a physical copy must be presented at time of redemption.
Glo de Vie kindly accepts gratuity for your service provider in the form of cash, check, credit card or Venmo. Leaving a gratuity is based solely on the discretion of the client.
